Business computer setup in Spring, TX
A new hire's first morning gets swallowed by printer drivers and a forgotten license key when the laptop was only half-built the night before, and the productivity everyone budgeted for day one is gone before lunch. We set up business computers on site across Spring and Greater Houston: accounts and email ready, printers connected, antivirus live and a backup job already running before the new hire opens anything, for $195 for the first machine and $99 for each one after it.
$195 first computer, $99 each additional · on-site · antivirus and backup subscriptions separate

The real cost of a machine handed over half-configured
A new hire who cannot print on their first morning is not a minor annoyance: it is a manager's morning, budgeted for training, spent instead on a login that will not save, a printer nobody mapped, or a shared drive with no shortcut pointing at it. Run three or four setups that way in a season, each one squeezed into the gaps of someone else's day, and whoever manages the fleet six months later can't say which machine has which shortcuts, drivers or shared folders, because no two went through quite the same process.
It shows up in support calls, too. A machine built to a standard takes the same few minutes to fix as any other; a machine set up ad hoc takes a phone call just to work out what was actually done to it, before anyone can even start on the problem.
Setup scheduled around when you are actually open
A clinic cannot have its front desk system down at 9am when the waiting room is filling up, and a restaurant cannot have someone unplugging the host stand computer at noon on a Friday. When we come to set up a machine, the visit is scheduled around your slowest hour, not a generic appointment window a national helpdesk assigns you: before opening for a shop, the midday lull for a clinic, the gap between lunch and dinner service for a restaurant.
That timing only matters because someone actually drives out and shows up. A machine shipped to you pre-configured, or a remote session booked through a call center, does not know your hours and cannot work around them; it arrives, or it starts, whenever the vendor's calendar says it does, and your team absorbs whatever disruption that causes. We ask what time works for your business before we ask what time works for us.
One visit, however many machines you need done
New office openings, a round of replacements, a hiring wave: we build multiple machines in a single visit, so a whole department can start the same standard build on the same morning instead of trickling out over separate appointments.
$195 covers the first computer; each additional machine done in the same visit is $99, whether that is one extra laptop for a new hire or ten desktops for a new location. The antivirus and backup subscriptions ride along on accounts billed in your own name, not resold through us, so you keep them under your own control if you ever switch who runs your IT.

Common questions
Straight answers for Spring businesses.
- Do you set up machines the business already purchased, or only hardware you sell?
- Either. Most of what we set up is hardware a business already owns or bought on its own; we do not need to be the vendor who sold the machine to build it to standard.
- Can you transfer files and settings from an employee's old computer to the new one?
- Yes. When a machine is replacing an older one, we pull the documents, bookmarks and any licensed software off it first, then move everything onto the new computer before your team starts using it, so nothing is left behind on the retired machine.
- How many computers can you set up in a single visit?
- As many as the job calls for. A single new hire is one machine; a hiring wave or a new location can be a dozen, built the same way in the same visit so the whole batch matches.
- Do you cover businesses outside Spring itself?
- Yes. We build on site anywhere in Greater Houston, not only Spring; the $99 rate for each additional machine applies wherever the visit is.
