The approach
At close, someone still adds up the receipts and retypes the day's sales into QuickBooks, or worse, does not, and the books drift further from the register with every week that passes. A dropped connection between the till and the card reader loses a sale mid-transaction, and inventory ends up a guess based on the last time anyone actually counted.
We install and configure the point of sale for your menu or catalogue, wire in the receipt printer, scanner and cash drawer, and connect the card reader to your processor. Sales, tax and inventory then flow into QuickBooks automatically, so the books already match the register before anyone opens a laptop. We train your staff on the till and the close, and the install happens outside your busy hours.

POS & Hardware, answered straight.
- Do we have to change our card processor?
- No. We connect the POS to the processor you already use wherever that is possible, so your rates and deposit schedule stay the same. We only recommend switching if your current processor genuinely cannot support what you need.
- Will this work with the POS hardware we already own?
- Sometimes. If your printer, scanner or cash drawer are standard, compatible hardware, we reuse them and only quote what is actually new. If something is too old or too locked down to integrate, we say so before you spend money on it.
- How does the QuickBooks side stay in sync?
- Sales, tax and inventory post automatically after each transaction closes, so there is no export-and-import step for anyone to forget. We set up the mapping once, and reconciliation becomes a check instead of a rebuild.
