The approach
A customer calling your main number should reach whoever is supposed to answer it, whether that is the front counter, a manager's cell, or a crew already on a job. Most small businesses still run on a desk phone that cannot transfer a call, a voicemail box nobody checks, or a number tied to a carrier contract that makes moving painful.
We install IP phones and configure the routing so calls land where they should: extensions per person, ring groups for departments, a recorded menu for after hours, and voicemail that emails you the moment it lands. Your existing number ports over, so nothing changes for the customer dialing it. Installation, including the handsets and cabling, happens on site and typically finishes in a day.

Common questions
VoIP & Phone Systems, answered straight.
- Will we lose our current phone number?
- No. We port your existing number onto the new system and schedule the switch so there is no gap where calls go unanswered. Anyone who has ever called you keeps reaching the same number.
- Do we need new internet for VoIP?
- Usually not, though we test your connection first. VoIP needs a stable, low-latency line more than a fast one, and most business internet already qualifies. If yours does not, we say so before you buy anything, not after.
- What happens to calls if the internet goes down?
- The desk phones themselves go offline, since they need that connection to register with the system. Voicemail keeps working regardless, because it lives with the hosted phone system rather than in your building, so calls that can't reach a phone still land as a voicemail in your email. Forwarding those calls straight to a cell number during an outage is something we can set up on request; it isn't included automatically, so tell us up front if you want it configured.
