The approach
Moving email between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 is the kind of project a business puts off for years, because losing message history, calendar invites, or the ability to send mail for a day is a real risk, and most guides assume you are comfortable editing DNS records yourself.
We create the new mailboxes under your own Microsoft or Google account, migrate mail, contacts and calendars with the history intact, and repoint your domain's MX and authentication records so mail keeps flowing without landing in spam. Then we go to your office and configure every computer, laptop and phone in person, one at a time, so nobody is left guessing at settings on their own. A typical 5–10 mailbox migration is scheduled as a single cutover and finishes within a day or two.

Email Migration, answered straight.
- Is the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace subscription included?
- No. We set the mailboxes up under your own account and Microsoft or Google bill you directly for the per-user licence, usually $6 to $15 a person per month depending on the plan. We charge for the migration and the on-site setup, not for reselling someone else's subscription, so the accounts stay in your name and you are never paying us a markup on them.
- Will we lose old emails or calendar entries?
- No. We migrate existing mail, contacts and calendar history along with the new mailboxes, and we verify it landed correctly before calling the migration done.
- How long does a migration take?
- For 5 to 10 mailboxes, the migration and the on-site device setup typically finish within a day or two, scheduled as one cutover so there is no in-between period where some people are on the old system and some are on the new.
- Why does this cost more than the per-mailbox price we saw online?
- Because the price includes a person driving to your office and configuring every computer, laptop and phone by hand, which is the part that actually takes the time and the part a per-mailbox license fee never covers. A migration that only moves data and leaves your team to figure out their own device settings is a different, cheaper and far more frustrating service.
